Limited warranty coverage

HAIDU products are designed with quality and reliability in mind. We stand behind our products and offer a one-year limited warranty from the date of original purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What this warranty covers

During the warranty period, if your HAIDU product is found to be defective due to faulty materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion, free of charge.

What this warranty does not cover

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Improper use or handling
  • Accidents, misuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Damage caused by using non-HAIDU accessories
  • Water or liquid damage (unless specified as waterproof)

How to make a warranty claim

To request warranty service, follow these steps:

  • Contact HAIDU Customer Support at support@haidu.co with your order details and a description of the issue.
  • Provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation, receipt).
  • If needed, we will provide instructions on returning the product for inspection.

Repair or replacement process

  • If the issue is covered under warranty, HAIDU will repair or replace the product at no cost.
  • If the product is no longer available, we may offer an equivalent replacement.
  • Shipping costs for returns may be covered by HAIDU at our discretion.

Limitations and disclaimers

This warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from HAIDU or authorized retailers. It is non transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. HAIDU is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages related to the use of our products. Some regions may not allow the exclusion of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
